Grammy's Chocolate Cookies

I love these things. And they are serious junk food. A whole lot of butter, a whole lot of sugar, and a whole lot of cocoa--they are not kidding around.



But mmmm...such chocolatey deliciousness. And they are really easy. These are Grammy's Chocolate Cookies from Martha Stewart's Cookies. The in-laws gave me this book for Christmas, much to my delight. So far I've only made two of the recipes (these chocolate ones and the Buttery Pecan Rounds), but there are a ton that look amazing. The Buttery Pecan Rounds, by the way, are really quite yummy but are also pretty much a thin crumbly mess. But the best part of both of these cookies? Amazingly mouthwatering dough. So good. Mmmmm.
